What makes our sauces so good are the high-quality ingredients and the simplicity of the recipes. We use just five ingredients in the new milk chocolate hot fudge sauce: natural sugar, house-made invert sugar syrup, super-local organic heavy cream from Misty Brook Farm, favorite locally sourced butter from Casco Bay Creamery, and Callebaut fair-trade Belgian milk chocolate.

Now, in our 20th anniversary year, we are thrilled to offer this milk chocolate option. It’s lighter and creamy and so pleasantly a bit sweeter.
